Every time I wanted to sit down and write to you, it never happened. So now I have the opportunity to stop and say "Thank You".

It is so wonderful how God uses people to help other people, and I am so grateful that he used you and your firm to help me out. When the company (________) said no, when the law firm advertised on TV said I had no case, after two years of frustration, you were able to right the problem in less than 4 months. In all my research about lemon law cases, I had read that it can take 3-4 years to get a settlement, if the case ever is taken that far.

I read that the large companies like to drag cases out so that the person who has the lemon will eventually say, "What’s the us" and give up. But God is so good!! He allowed you to come my way, in fact I know He sent you to me and boy, did He work it out!!

To Whom It May Concern:

I am an old woman. I have lost my zest for the battle. I have lost my desire to negotiate. I have a diminished capacity for coping with strife. I no longer welcome dissension in my life.

I owned an automobile that was seven months old and had a grand total of 3200 miles on the odometer. This included 750 miles traveled on two out-of-town trips. The car had been "Down" so many times and for so many days at a time that I was virtually "nuts."

Apart from whatever anomaly was not being effectively dealt with; I was treated universally by personnel at the dealership arrogantly, patronizingly and pompously. I was forced to interact with a bunch of playground bullies who couldn’t/wouldn’t/didn’t definitively fix my damn car. And, adversary relationships developed. The car stayed "down".

Alas! What to do? I documented my Chevrolet travails. I made a telephone call. I made an appointment. I wrote a check, I waited a reasonable amount of time. I got a check – a full purchase price buy-out!
