It May Concern:
I am
an old woman. I have lost my zest for the battle. I have lost
my desire to negotiate. I have a diminished capacity for coping
with strife. I no longer welcome dissension in my life.
I owned
an automobile that was seven months old and had a grand total
of 3200 miles on the odometer. This included 750 miles traveled
on two out-of-town trips. The car had been "Down"
so many times and for so many days at a time that I was virtually
"nuts."
Apart
from whatever anomaly was not being effectively dealt with;
I was treated universally by personnel at the dealership arrogantly,
patronizingly and pompously. I was forced to interact with a
bunch of playground bullies who couldnt/wouldnt/didnt
definitively fix my damn car. And, adversary relationships developed.

Alas!
